Sónar Galicia 2011.

In 2011 Sónar Galicia came back to EXPOCoruña on June 17 and 18. I was the main local production manager of the festival, and I also performed, with Lakeise Wilson and the Lakeise Band.

The band fuses jazz, hip hop and electronic music. Pianist Sergio Delgado, a regular in my productions, drummer Miguel Cabana and New York vocalist Lakeise Wilson, with whom I had just finished an album, took the stage with me in front of the festival crowd.

It was a double role that I loved. During the day I took care of the production of the festival in my city, and at night I was on stage with musicians I trusted. Sharing a bill with Boys Noize, Cut Copy, Die Antwoord, M.I.A., Four Tet and James Murphy was a privilege, and the video shows a part of the show.
